Really positive experience and I'm very happy with the outcome. I really appreciated their flexibility with adjusting to my financial limitations, as they understood that I am a student and couldn't afford some things, but adapted and still made my hair look great!

The students are clearly very well trained and supported, and are confident and friendly. The teachers were very helpful and so proud of their students. My hair type isn't quite as common as what they usually will be experienced with, but they adapted really well and were super kind. One of the final year students (Quinty) also came along to supervise and was very helpful and clearly very passionate about her work, as was the student who worked on my hair.
