Overall horrible experience. I often come to this hair salon as the standards always satisfact me, but the last time I visited it I wished to have never stepped inside. I like this salon as the workers are welcoming and mostly because they are able to speak english, this time teachers and students were different than usual, it strongly reflected on the overall atmosphere, it had been really hard to explain what I wanted. Neither teachers or students were helpful as they even complained about the fact that I didn't speak dutch, the student cutting my hair was annoyed by my requests, I didn't even feel safe as I usually do to be cut by someone that seemed careless. When I went to pay I asked if student discount could be applyed and the girl at the counter started laughing looking at her friend shouting WAT? I frequently visit this salon from 3 years and never experienced any of this, come back to your standards and to the team that is usually working.
