- The training was held in English, but many slides were including a lot of Dutch text which made it difficult to follow - The trainer was very slow when talking, also when answering questions he was rather vague than clear - The trainer gave some inappropriate examples (like drawing a bu** to the board, talking about a Dutch saying "5 billen op een ..)
