The sales person who came to my house claimed that the company will add support structures or brackets to get rid of the creaking in my stairs. At the end the new stair was glued on top of the old one. The end result looks good but the way he sold the stairs to me, making me think that the cost was justified was really unprofessional and something that I didn't like at all.
I give a three star only for the nice job done by the guys and I won't recommend due to the method of selling your stairs to potential customers.
