We are very happy with the new look of our stairs and with the services of NEWstairs. The sales personnel was friendly, efficient and flexible and the installers were very punctual, highly efficient, very friendly and took care of every little detail. The only reason we are not giving 10 stars for the service is the fact that the installers did have to come back afterwards to remove some stains that were left on the stairs during the installation but even that problem was solved extremely efficiently and flexibly.
