I have taken the course in English and am somewhat satisfied by the quality.
- The book I used was the English version and it seemed translated from Dutch automatically - some paragraphs did not really make sense. There were abbreviations/concepts in the book that were never explained - I was struggling to google to figure out what they meant.
- The online course had the email of a teacher we could contact with questions. I have written to him twice and received no answer.
- The online app was decent. I liked that we could practice with questions and had explanations for correct / incorrect answers. The language problem also applied to the online text (e.g., sentences that did not make sense.)
- The exam facility was really nice.
- Overall, I got a better understanding of the banking world than I had before the course.
