Bad communication - stocks and delivery indication. Half the flooring I ordered was 'as advertised' but unfortunately the other half looked second hand - sun, water & physical damage. The 'regels' I ordered were a odd collection of warped and twisted poles and honestly quite unacceptable. After I received the products I looked closer online and discovered NuBuitens lack of reputation - a bit too late. Don't advertise quality if you can't give it!
