I was quite happy with the delivery, but then I notice that 2 products where sent separately from the main delivery, and this caused me to receive 3 different invoices for the same purchase. I have already contacted the customer service, but I still don't agree with this way of processing and is not handy at all for a company to be paying invoices of 3EUR. Also, when I received the main delivery, I noticed this product was missing, but I was never informed that it was going to be delivered together, and worse, I was surprised to receive an email saying the product would be delivery after 2 days I received the main delivered. I couldn't cancel anymore. When I shop in the webiste all the products were stated that would be delivered in the same day, I was not expecting to receive separate packages and 3 different invoices. Unfortunately this was not ideal at all, as the 3 delivery was in a day that I was not expecting for it, and would have missed the delivery if it wasn't for a colleague that were in the office by chance.
