I need to initiate a new insurance for my car. I sent two emails to Aon. I only receive the automated replies where they confirmed receipt. However, nobody contacted me in two more than a week.
For this reason I contacted Aon via WhatsApp. After about 20 minutes I managed to chat with an agent. The agent was very kind and provided me with his assistance.
However, until yesterday nobidy sent any reply via email and nobody contacted me to let me know the status of my request.
Therefore I used again WhatsApp. I am still waiting....
