Very bad experience...
I bought 15€ credit for my T-Mobile/Odido phone number. I paid 15€+0,99€(service costs I think) and on the screen it said "successfully paid", "if you don't receive and email, contact support". I didn't receive an email, so I contacted support and told them that I made a purchase and I didn't receive any codes on my email (as it said on the screen as well) nor the recharge on my phone.
Well, from that moment until now they keep saying "you purchased a top up, not a code", "we got the notification of your provider", "check on your phone account to see if you got or not the top up", "we definitely succesfully refilled your phone number" "is it really your phone number" "does it belong to you?" I asked them to send me the confirmation of my provider, as they say they got. They attached a screenshot of an invoice of ny purchase, but nowhere there says "this phone number got recharged". I told them my phone is prepaid, there's no way for me to show a track of my charging phone. They even question if that's my phone number, if it still belongs to me...
I hope I'm wrong, but I think this is a scam company, they just stole 15,99€ from me and are making me lose time...
Very "well" supported...
