On August 26th I called customer service to change my contract start date to October 15th to avoid unnecessary early termination penalties, as there is no rush to start on September 29th instead of October 15th and pay penalties, I was told that the change with the start date of October 15th is reflected. However, on October 1st I received the email below for a start date of September 29th instead, then I called customer service again on the same date to sort it out, unfortunately nothing was done as yesterday I received the jarenota from my old provider with a penalty of 100 EUR hence my email to see how this should be handled now? my preference is to be reimbursed for these early termination penalties.
