Good service, everything arrived as expected. There was only a minor con: the pilot pen came with a refill that didn't write smoothly (the line breaks). Luckily, I had ordered an extra refill that works perfectly. In any case this is Pilot's fault and not the distributor's. I ordered the Pilot Vega Gel and the ergonomic Scheneider pen because I needed a pen that is comfortable to write quickly with for long periods of time. Both of these pens are comfortable to hold and slide smoothly on the paper, specially the Scheneider. However, if you are in the fence, I recommend the Pilot Vega just because the ink is much more pigmented.
