I have received an analysis with a wrong measurment unit, despite the urgency and the many promises to call me back, i have never received a call, and I have insisted to call them again. They told me that I was right and there was an issue with my valours, and one day after they told me that i was wrong. Completely inaffidable, I understand that they can do mistakes, but they should be willing to repair the situation ASAP
