As a tenant of Perfect Rent for the last year, I can only give good feedback about these guys. Last year in June I needed an apartment near the harbor in RTM with haste, due to my career change. They helped me out the best they could and I had found the perfect place two weeks later. After a year, when I decided to move again due to personal aspects, Perfent Rent was very flexible and made arrangements that I could end the contract earlier (as long as there was a suitable replacement tenant). Unfortunately this was not arranged in the end, but not due to not trying from their side. Absolutely recommend this estate agency (especially Sander!) to anyone looking for a place in Rotterdam.
