Our experience with perfectrent was quite pleasant. Sander was always available for questions and clarifications concerning the process of renting the new apartment, it just took a while to get an official confirmation that we actually got the apartment.

Perhaps some sort of way to track the status of your contract online, as in post nl etc. It was unclear till the last week at what stage our process was in. Meanwhile we were calling to get this information but it would have been more convenient to track this online.
