My less than stellar past experiences with Rotterdam letting agents had soured my expectations when looking for a new place last montg, but I was very pleasantly surprised with Perfect Rent! Everything was taken care of very professionally. Even though the previous renter had basically left the place without cleaning, I received a call before the end of moving day that a cleaner was to clean the place by the next day. Great service, I have no complaints.

Astute delivery of promises. The previous renter didn't make Sander's job easy, but he did a great job helping us out nonetheless.

The switch from a fully furnished to an upholstered apartment apparently caused some confusion which lead to me and my roommate having to put some extra work into the move. This amount of extra work could've been anticipated slightly better I guess, but I'm kind of splitting hairs here to be honest, as we were able to move in a day earlier than the 'official' moving in date.
