I really appreciate the services of Perfectrent during such a difficult and stressful chapter in everyone's life as changing job, or city, or country, or apartment, or all stacked together. Thanks to Sander and other staff of Perfectrent we went through a complex and quite formalized way of renting apartments in The Netherlands - in the end, resulting in establishing a great rent deal. Only one minor suggestion, the majority of aspects of collaboration with Perfectrent can be rated 5 / 5, except responsiveness (4+ / 5) => they are extremely busy, so, sometimes I had to wait a couple of days for final emails. If you are a domestic customer, looking in NL from NL, then it should not be a problem. But if you are participating in a large international transition during an extreme COVID-19 situation, these small delays may inflict additional uncertainty.

Hire one more employee to give your staff more breath. They are so busy, so replying to emails, text messages, or picking up calls sometimes takes a while and as an international tenant I had to wait until the very last moment to establish the final rent agreement.
