I've been through many, many rental agencies over the years and (owing primarily to the impossible housing market within the Netherlands) it's always a struggle to find what you're looking for, within a reasonable time-frame, and to receive personal attention and service from the agents themselves who are extremely busy people.
In this case, I was able to communicate directly to Perfectrent, meet my brilliant and kind agent (Kirsten) and within LITERALLY hours I was signing a contract on a fantastic apartment that she was able to suggest based on that one conversation. It is a perfect fit and I am extremely happy to be here. If it was only the match between myself and the apartment that would already have deserved a full 5-star review, but the fact that this took place during one of the hardest few months of my life due to personal circumstances, and that the whole interaction was managed internationally (I was in the UK at the time), just goes to show the extra distance that can be taken when customer centricity is important to a firm.
Overall, I cannot thank enough.

If forced to provide feedback of this type, I can only suggest that the final-checks from previous tenants be made a priority. As I mentioned previously I am absolutely pleased with my lovely apartment; some of the deep-cleaning I had to do however could definitely have been taken care of by the previous tenant! :D
