lately I have order few "Polycarbonaat" articles (order number 2000020555, besteldatum: 07.08.23, zendingnummer: 2000016947)

However, one of the articles arrived damaged (62x57), with scratch on it.

I sent an email on 25.08.23 - Mr. Melvin from PerlaPlast replied and suggested a refund for the damaged pcs or a new one to be delivered. I asked a new piece and today the 30.08.23 a new 62x57 has arrived.

Although it was a bit inconvenience at the beginning, PerlaPlats team took responsibility and solve the issue quite fast.
It is good to know that there are a "father and a mother" to your purchase.
