Quality of print is not outstanding, nothing exclusive or that cannot be sourced elsewhere.

But the real reason to this score is determined by the company’s values when it comes to sustainability. Following a printing mistake, specifically cards being sent without holes for ribbons as designed and paid for, the company offered to reprint the order while it was clearly said since the beginning that because of sustainability reasons we would rather manually fix the mistake then have the entire order printed again and shipped, also due to immediate need of the cards.

The order manager resisted from even suggesting a partial refund and insisted on printing the entire order again more than once or offering a coupon code for a following order. They would have rather printed a 80€ order again rather than refunding the cost of making the holes in the cards… which shows the margin they make which unfortunately is paid by the planet if this continues being their way of operating.

We looked into your case and indeed saw that we did not immediately offer you the asked solution. Apologies for this.
We want to deliver only perfect prints and if we cannot deliver it, we almost always offer a total reprint because that is what most customers want. In your specific case you suggested to manually fix the mistake, so offering a reprint was not in place. In the end, we came to a solution which suited you best. We hope we fixed it for you this way!
