Good customer service and I liked the tracking feature. My purchase is still in transit, ETA is today. I was really impressed with the 'personal' emails. Also great products 'Doxtasy collars and leashes are the best, always admired, tough and beautifully made. The ones ordered will replace the same Doxtasy collars which have survived rough and tumble playtimes, long walks in woods, rivers and beaches.' Cheers Peter.
