Horrible. They replaced the screen of my phone with an unoriginal part (not discussed with me at all), which due to the lack of screen curvature was not even attached properly to the frame and came back with the big hole at the bottom. The phone doesn't have a fingerprint function anymore, the screen doesn't always recognise the touch and the automatic disabling of the screen during conversations doesn't work anymore. Meaning the conversations quite often result in mute mode or cancellation, or other functions turned on like back light...
They don't respond to my messages so I have to involve the Paypal customer service to try to get in contact with them. After 10 days still unfortunately unsuccessfully. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY.
