My photo was rejected, which initially left me very disappointed. I contacted Photo-ME via the chat feature on their website and was pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I received an immediate response and a polite apology. They sent me a refund form, which I filled out, and I received my refund in just two days, even though it was supposed to take 14 days. Throughout the process, the customer service team kept me well-informed. This made me feel valued and taken seriously. High praise to their customer service team. It's clear they go out of their way to find a good solution. Such excellent service is rare these days.
