I made an order on 22nd August, 2 day delivery. Today 9th September I am still to receive the item I ordered. I contacted customer services a week after making my order & not receiving my delivery. Tracking never progressed for the courier to receive the item. I was told they investigate. I didn’t receive a reply and emailed again. My order was put through again, sent & then I received an item I didn’t order. I understand problems can occur with deliveries, unfortunately communication during this time was poor, I just wanted to know what was happening or receive a refund. When I received the wrong item a few days ago, I emailed to explain and am currently waiting for a reply. It’s become a very lengthy process to receive a 2 day delivery item purchased weeks ago. I hope it gets resolved in the coming days & I finally receive the item I ordered.
