Both of the employees I spoke with on the phone were very helpful, however they told me contradictory things. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the quality of the print: the edges were not cut properly and are bent and jagged. I am disappointed considering the amount I paid to have this done. I need to get more copies printed, but now I am unsure if I should use printerpro or try to find another printer.
