I had an overall good experience. Fred was reactive, very quick to produce proofs, provide recommendations and adjust the critical points. The quality of the final thesis is good and I am satisfied with it. However, I found that the service in charge of the cover/invitation was not very professional. The proof showed to me always contained easily avoidable mistakes (image/text not centered, font not matching the requested one or too small, extra text added...). Note that I did not take the layout package and that the service provided was minimal by definition. It should still have been better in my opinion.
