Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Bought a sofa in December and waited 11 weeks for the delivery. When it arrived, the legs were missing. They said they will send them within 1-2 weeks. But now they are saying they will arrive in week 14 (beginning of April), which means 6 weeks after the sofa arrived. No compensation of any sort is given.
I have family coming over and staying at my place and my living room is basically unusable with an unassembled sofa in the middle of it.
Sofa is nice, but definitely not worth this hassle

We are very sorry that the legs were missing on delivery, Mariana. We understand that you want to receive the legs immediately, but unfortunately that is not possible. We have to order this again, which is why there is a delivery time. The colleagues from customer service have indicated that the legs will be received by you in week 14 at the latest. Of course, we are doing everything we can to make this happen sooner. If the legs have not arrived in week 14 (the reasonable period of time for us to solve a problem), we will offer compensation.
