When we picked up the article we received outstanding assistance from the warehouse staff, that was definitely a huge plus for the store.

Online ordering was difficult; please pay attention on those functions. By accident we clicked twice on the table and then we couldn't remove it from the basket (tried it in many browsers, first on iPad, then on laptop)
In the store we were hoping to get somewhat more assistance, even though it wasn't busy at the time, it was a bit difficult to fetch somebody who could advice us.
