It is a nice store, the sales lady was very helpful. However, I am a little disappointed at the policy of cancellation. According to the contract, you cannot cancel for free within 2 weeks of purchase if you buy in the store, but you can if you buy online. As a customer I feel a bit hurt and unfair to not have the same treatment when I shop in the store. In my opinion, if anything, in-store customers should have better shopping experience when they made the effort to the store.

I also think customer service could have been better done in small areas. I found there was a 10% extra discount on the things we needed to buy this week compared to last week, and I didn't complete the payment yet. When I asked if I could benefit from the extra discount, the only response was no. Yes It was not their fault and this happens all the time, but I would expect at least some guesture such as small coupons or at least some explanations. Not to mention that many stores do provide the price difference for their customers when it is within a week.

Hi Youri,
First of all I do understand where you're coming from. Please allow me to explain that Pronto Wonen is mainly based on franchise stores. You recently ordered 4 Passeno chairs. On the website you can see that this items will slowly disappear from our collection. This means that the chairs that we still have will be sold, but we won't order any new Passeno chairs. Because this particular product is leaving our collection it is on sale. But as also shown on the website, it can only be picked up for the discount price in a certain store. You can't pick it up in any Pronto Wonen store that you would like. That is because this particular store has it in stock. The other ones don't and since we are all individual franchise stores, transferring these products between the stores isn't an option.
So if you wanted the chairs with the discount it shows on the website, you have to pick it up in the store it lets you select. We do have a disclaimer about this on the site when you click on the product.
We hope that this gave you a better understanding of how our franchise stores work. And do apologize if this hasn't been made clear to you before. Since customer satisfaction is very important to us, we strive to always help everyone the best we possibly can.
