The communication and products both very disappointing. They delivered a very disappointing product. When I wanted to Retour it, I asked a retour label and they did not give a retour label but just their address and case number. I had to pay 19,40 for the retour of the poor quality Laptop. When I try to communicate via email and whatsapp they never respond as they know that I am asking the refund. They even did not confirm that the poor retour is delivered. Ofcourse I have my tracking number and photos of my tiptop packaging. I had to phone them at their office number and they replied tha refunds are in 14 days. Not received my money back yet. Waiting for it. But I have to underline that, I like to warn everybody stay away from this unreliable company with poor communication quality on top of poor product quality.
