Very disappointing I ordered a Lenovo notebook on 02.11.2024 via refurbed.de. With selected features and explicitly in Excellent condition (screen completely new, casing: no visible scratches from a short distance). The device came from dealer QX-Systems, Netherlands. The money was collected immediately. Then nothing more happened. After several requests, I received a device on 15 November. Components were missing, such as the fingerprint sensor. The device was dirty and scratched. Previous stickers had not been removed cleanly. The casing felt sticky and there was an unpleasant odour when in use. I complained immediately with picture evidence. On 17 November, I received a return label and sent the device back in its packaging. The device was accepted by QX-Systems on 20 November. Since 20 November, I have repeatedly asked QX-Systems and Refurbed.de for a refund. No response and from 25.11. general deferrals. Today on 30.11.2024 the purchase price has still not been refunded. Conclusion: I absolutely cannot recommend QX-Systems and I would also have expected some support from Refurbed.de. Deceived by the goods and disappointed by the behaviour of both companies.
