Making an appointment is a complete mess. First they promise to come from 8 am till 5 pm, than they say the plumber is delayed, and he will come "today". Already 8:35 PM noone here. And the receptionist lady on the phone service with appointments refuses to call to mechanics to specify time frames of arrivals.
