When I called and asked if it is ok to speak in english, the lady on the phone was super nice and her english really good. She made an appointment for me on the next day, which was fabulous. The collegue that came this morning was very friendly and also spoke excellent english. It is not usual for companies in the trades here to send a person that speaks english to an english speaking customer. I have had experiences where there were a lot of communication problems that created issues. Not with RRS! Overall I am really happy with the service.
