If you don’t speak or read Dutch, then don’t use this company. I made the subscription and I called to ask that I don’t understand Dutch clearly and I am relying on a translation. So asked if there is anything that I should know of in the contract before signing! Or is the bathroom needs to be any specific type for them to help me! They didn’t say anything specific on the phone. As per my understanding all Dutch bathrooms are built by a certain Dutch standard. So I then signed and paid off. I opted for a monthly payment option but they deducted the full amount in one go. When I called the person to fix clogged bathroom the first time, he said he could not help because the pipes are not accessible.! I found it very strange as we live in a standard Dutch house and I have seen the same bathroom shower etc as in all my neighbors houses! Plus it was not mentioned to me in my phone call mentioned above bfr signing the contract. Nonetheless, I asked them to refund my subscription! Initially they agreed and when I sent my bank account information, they refused! I still have not received my money back! There are no pictures abt what kind of pipes are possible to clean with their equipment! So watch out!
