I have e-mailed you twice before, and have never received a response. I have still not received my order. I never received a track number, etc...

Please let me explain this.
Indeed you mailed us before on the 28th of September and we answered this mail within 12-hours.
We explained in that mail what was happening.
Since your mail from 3th October we are busy to get things clear and we now know a bit more.
This is what happened:
- Your ordered on sunday the 25th off September.
- Since the nearby DHL-shop is closed on monday we delivered the package on tuesday the 27th
Because this was the first package we shipped with DHL, we haven't mailed a track and trace. We are still trying to get a decent account by DHL but I'm wondering if this will ever work.
We made the switch from Post.NL to DHL because we where not satified with the delivery from Post.nl
We are very sorry that DHL is also not giving a satifyïng service in this, we only have this number: 4484xxxxxxx but cannot trace this untill now.
We will keep working on this.
