I contacted Rotterdam Apartments for a short stay (about 1 month), and did so rather late (1 week before my stay had to begin). I found that the person who I was in contact with (Larissa) did everything she could to find me a good place within my budget, and while I did manage to find something else, should I not have found it I would have probably taken the offer. To all in all, I was very satisfied with your service, and wouldn't hesitate to contact you again if I ever need an apartment in Rotterdam again.

The only thing I can think of is that you should make it clear that there are some extra fees that have to be paid besides the rent (which the reason why I couldn't afford the apartment that was offered to me).
