Usuallyquick with finding suitable candidates which is a big plus. Viewings could be taken more seriously, i.e. Done by someone with the necessary skills. 2 years ago the RA person didnt show up for the viewing at all. This time multiple viewings were done by somebody who had only a very very basic comprehension of english, she basically couldnt converse with the client.
