Maureen helped us when we came from SL to find the first house, and she helped us negotiate on the second house as well.

Would be good if you can help your customers (especially expats) a little to understand all the different taxes before getting surprised in the Netherlands. Also, would be good if you can negotiate with the landlords a bit more on the initial fee (to keep it down to one month always)
