RA was able to provide me with a video viewing when some makelaars do not offer as such. I liked how the keys handover was done.

I think what could be improved is the response time and division of potential clients. We had an issue where 3 people from RA approached me and caused a bit of confusion during the initial process. Maybe keep track of respondents from Pararius or the RA Website and see if they had been replied to before and match them with the right contact person.
