Ok, the good thing is that the guy finish the problem and now the sink is ok. The bad thing is about the time, I think the guy expend more time that he really need, it can be finished in 1h30m but the guy expend 2 hours. Also the guy takes 2 breaktimes about 15 minutes for chat by the phone and later he calls somebody. This is annoying
