Good: problem solved extremely quickly and simply.
Good service on the phone when called for appointment.
Friendly RRS guy who visited

I wasn’t called in advance, since RRS happened to be close by
The loo seat wasn’t raised first which made the clean-up dirtier
I would have preferred the dirty plunger to be put eg in a bag or something so it didn’t drip across the floor afterwards plus it was placed on the floor while I paid = extra clean-up
I didn’t realise €87 was excl VAT. Would’ve been helpful for the service desk to make that clear.
