I ordered a toy on their website on Friday evening and I was delighted to receive the package on Saturday morning. The toy was sealed and the package was completely disguised (no indication of the company's name). I am very happy with their customer service, by sending me several emails regarding tracking the package and the invoice, and the toy which works as detailed on their website. I just wished the toy had 7 speeds for thrust and 7 intensities for vibration. Instead it has 3 speeds + 4 patterns for thrust and 3 intensities + 4 patterns for vibration.
