I love the people who work there. From the two ladies I've seen at the front desk, always welcoming and friendly. I've had a chance total with two workers/instructors. (forgive me I suck at names, I think his might have been Arnold and her name starts with a M, she has a mom that lives in Florida) Arnold(?) took time to let me see the machine and explain all the basics. He was honest and sincere with what I should start out purchasing and what I really didn't need at first. I rank that kind of customer service at 10++++. Later when I called to ask a question M took her time and explained the answer in detail. When I visited the shop for the second time she was just as helpful to answer all my questions. 10++++
