Last week I ordered items from SoapQueen! I bought several items which included potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and two essential oils. With these and the items I already have at home I can start making my own soap bars, liquid soap and shampoo! I'm excited to start making my homemade products with my friends!
I'm pleased with SoapQueen as they provide materials that are very difficult to find elsewhere on the web, especially stores that are located in the Netherlands are nearly impossible to find. My browsing experience on the website is find, I mostly used the search option to find the products I needed. The layout of the site can be improved to find the products per category more easily. When you've found you're desired product the description gives ample information of each product to know what you're buying! As I'm a total beginner at soap making this helped a lot to make sure I had the selected the right products.
The ordering process was easy and went smoothly! The delivery time was within the time SoapQueen states in their description. Overall I'm very pleased with SoapQueen!
