There was no information on the website about how the item would come delivered, and if additional help would be needed to move it inside. It came in one huge piece that couldn't be moved by and, and I had to contact a moving company last-minute to move it in through the window with a lift.
Then I discovereed that tghe item came damaged.
The support was helpful and courteous at least. But overall it's not been a very good experience, especially given the high price of the item.

In most cases, information about the quantity of packages and their weight is available on our website.
The customer is ultimately responsible for placing it in the right place in the home.
