I ordered a unicycle. It came properly packaged. The equipment was well protected and the product had zero damages. The only small problem was the instructions book. It was too difficult to understand for someone that put together a unicycle for the first time. But with some YouTube tutorials it was easily solvable. I would definitely recommend this website, I believe is really reliable.
