Terrible experience with a technical support team of Sungevity. It was my first contact with the technical support team in 6 years. The background: 2 out of 9 solar panels required the replacement of optimizers. The technical support engineer rescheduled the appointment 3 times over 2 months because the supplier engineer is sick/ and another engineer (supplier of Sungevity) cannot do the job. It is difficult to believe that the customer should wait 2 months and only the engineer can do the replacement.
