I ordered a toothbrush at tandbortselexpert.nl because of the good price and next day delivery. Unfortunately I ended up with no toothbursh and lost money.
Toothbursh was supposed to be delivered to me on a Saturday in mid-February. I checked the tracking website of PostNL that same evening and saw that the status was “delivered” even though I didn’t get the package. I contacted tandborstelexpert.nl the following day via email and also checked with the neighbours to confirm that noone got it by mistake. I will spare you the details of my correspondence back and forth via email with tandborstelexpert.nl. Suffice to say that since the beginning of March they have not answered any of my emails. Someone already mentioned in one of the reviews that in case of problems they just stop answering and I can confirm that it is the case. I will see what my options are in this case but am afraid that I just lost money and time with this company.
