Super slecht :
the taxi came 25 min. late, and had another passenger. When I called, they first could not find my reservation in their system.
The car had a smoke smell, the driver was impolite and I stepped out in the middle of the ride.

a better service, from the beginning to the end. Call when the driver is late, explain that there will be two destinations in one ride. Do not send a smoky car.
