Team4teams prepared us a programme to discover our team cooperation level and communication styles. Through challenging exercises we discovered how we work together as individuals and the importance of setting goals for the team and focussing and building on what goes well. The link between our communication styles and decision taking process was also quite revealing. All this together made our two days workshop worthwhile and provides us tools to increase the quality and effectiveness of our cooperation.
